✦ The story
How we got there
The challenge
In the emergency locksmith business, whoever ranks in the Map Pack gets the call. Car Keys Express was visible, but not winning the searches that mattered across its mobile service area, and call volume had plateaued.
What we did
Rebuilt the Business Profile: primary and secondary categories, full services list, attributes and service areas
Set up a consistent posting and photo strategy
Structured the review generation and response workflow
Cleaned up signals that were diluting relevance
Local citation building and clean-up
The takeaway
For service-area businesses, the Business Profile is the highest-leverage asset in local search. Most profiles are only partly complete. A fully optimised one, kept up month after month, is a lead machine.
